Medical assistance for Jeavaughn Bousquet
Donation protected
Jeavaughn Bousquet is my friend and my son from another mother. He is currently battling a rare cancer called Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma (ALCL) at the stage 2 level. It has been a difficult journey since we found out in February 2023.
The situation is further complicated as his body rejected the standard treatment medication for his type of cancer and the second treatment medication caused organ failure where he almost died. His oncologist has suggested another treatment medication, but it is not available on island.
The medication that Jeavaughn needs is sourced overseas in India and shipped via a company in Canada, then has to be transported to Saint Lucia. The medication alone costs around US$110,000 and together with the doctors’ visits and other medical care, the total would be around US$150,000.
In the meantime, Jeavaughn is on NO treatment medication, and his body is doing the best that it can on its own, to fight this disease.
As friends, we have gathered around to assist and support Jeavaughn. We have already held a fund-raising salsa party for him and we will conduct other fundraising events, but sadly we may fall short of our goal in a timely manner.
We humbly ask for your kind support and generous donations to help him in his fight against this terrible disease.
Every cent, counts and is greatly appreciated. Let us join together to make this challenging journey a victory.
Thank you from Jeavaughn and his chosen family, for your compassion, your sharing, your donation.
