Medical Assistance for Elisabeth Clobucker

Dear Family & Friends,
I write this with a heavy heart, but a hopeful one that we can create a community to help someone who is so loved. My sister Elisabeth has struggled for the past few years with her mental health and was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder. She lost her studio apartment in San Francisco due to not attending work and getting behind on her monthly rent which resulted in eviction and losing most of her belongings.
She currently has no financial means and all of her accounts are at zero. Unfortunately, her immediate family can only assist with small costs, which is why I decided to start a Go Fund Me fundraiser.
She is staying in a facility in San Jose seeking mental health treatment, but has to leave the program on March 15th due to the limitations of her Kaiser health insurance.
Kaiser will not place her in another treatment center unless it comes out of her pocket, which is not possible and could be quite expensive.
Her only option at this time is to be moved to a homeless shelter, which would be very difficult and scary for her.
Her wonderful friend group has gathered around and decided our best option would be to reach out to our friend and family groups to see if we can raise enough money to
get her the therapy and help she desperately needs by placing her in a longer-term mental health facility. Our goal is to raise $50,000-$60,000 for the cost of getting her the right treatment.
Elisabeth is a wonderful woman, with so much to live for! We want her to get better and rejoin life with all of her amazing qualities and the ability to flourish! We understand that it is a difficult time for many, so please feel free to consider donating whatever works best for your personal budget. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Peace & love to you all!
