Financial Assistance for Ariel

Hello, everyone! My name is Rogielyn Concepcion, the wife of Ariel. We have three children who motivate us to keep progressing in life. The oldest is ten years old, while the youngest is one year old. While I am a full-time housewife and caring for our three wonderful children, Ariel is the one who works in the family to provide for and support our daily needs. He is a hard worker. He works extra and accepts part-time jobs in addition to his full-time career to ensure that we have everything that we need.

He's an amazing and kind spouse to me, as well as a wonderful and caring father to our children. He's a good son to our parents and I couldn't ask for more.

Back on the 2nd of September, Ariel had a brain aneurysm that led to a brain bleed diagnosis. The moyamoya disease was also diagnosed and he has undergone some medical procedures such as an Angiogram and Bypass surgery for Moyamoya head injury. He's been in the hospital for 5 weeks now.

Despite the tragedy, Ariel continues to fight. With the hope that he has given us and while he slowly recovers, I am asking for financial assistance at this time in our lives to cover his medical fees, lost wages, as well as some of our daily needs while he is regaining his strength. Any amount will be much appreciated.
