To all my family , friends, coworkers etc 

I had an emergency on 1/29/2024 @ 07:39 AM with severe chest pain, epigastric pain radiating to my neck and my left shoulder accompanied with nauseas and shortness of breath. The cardiologist decided to order CTA on 1/31/2024. When this study was done that iodine contrast was administered I had an ANAPHYLACTIC SHOCK , which caused me to stay longer admitted in the hospital University of Miami with extensive medical treatments due to severe damage that was caused such as obstructed airway , difficulty in swallowing and walking, eyes optic nerve damage, kidney damage.

Due to failing the speech , barium swallow test multiple times the ENT doctor ordered a CT SCAN of the NECK on 2/3/2024 during this CT  I developed  another ANAPHYLACTIC reaction with the same signs and symptoms including lack of blood circulation and oxygen to my bilaterals hands and feet .

After the last CT SCAN , I started to have slurred speech, sudden confusion, sudden headaches, sudden weakness, sudden vision changes , disoriented etc  

My only hope is my rehabilitation with PT/ OT/ST .
