I'm reaching out on behalf of my close younger brother, JAHEDI (23 years old), is in critical need of a second time kidney transplant.

At just 8 years old, Jahedi was diagnosed with end-stage kidney failure. In 2010, he underwent his first kidney transplant, with his father as the donor. That surgery gave him a second chance at life, and he was able to grow up and live a relatively normal life for the last 15 years.

Unfortunately, that transplanted kidney is now failing. Over the past few months, his health deteriorated rapidly. He’s already been taken to India for emergency treatment and has started dialysis again. Doctors have confirmed that a second transplant is his only option now.

Emotionally, this journey is very difficult for their entire family. Watching this little brother go through this for the second time is beyond heartbreaking. Also Financially, the challenge is equally intense for them.

According to the doctors, the estimated cost may be around 45 to 50 lakh BDT, but it could be slightly more or less depending on medical developments and post-surgery needs.
