Medical and transportation for Jeremy Blair

My name is Brittany, I am Jeremy Blairs little sister. Jeremy has recently been diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pressure, and more recently covid. During his run with covid he formed a brain bleed causing a massive stroke. He is currently having brain surgery to reduce swelling. He will need tons of rehab, but possibly not be able to walk again. He is currently in AZ and after his surgery and he is able to travel we would like to be able to get him home to PA. We are hoping to get him home(Pa) and be able to do in house rehab to get him back some motor skills. Any donations towards travel or medical cost would be greatly appreciated.
