Hi everyone, my name is Noemi and I made this gofund me on behalf of my dear friend Maria Aza who was recently in a horrible car accident. If you know Maria, you know that she has the biggest heart and is the most kind and selfless person out there. She and her family have been going through a very difficult time lately as they battle some serious health issues within her family.

Her family is in Arizona and she flew out to be with them from California on Monday 10/3/22 to be present for a close relatives’ upcoming surgery. On their way home when she arrived in Arizona, Maria and her mom were struck by another car, fracturing her leg and crushing her knee in the process. She had to undergo surgery to aid with her injuries.

Maria will need to be in a wheelchair for the next 3 months and will need to undergo extensive physical therapy and OT to help her regain her mobility. Unfortunately, she will be incapacitated and unable to work during her recovery due to her injuries. She has a long road to recovery ahead of her. If you could please find it in your heart to help support her in anyway that you can we would be eternally grateful!!! Every little bit helps, even if you’re just sharing her story!!!
