Medical and other related costs.

Hey guys, this is Trish. As some of you may know, this past year has been a most difficult time for our family. It was only through the support and generosity of our family and friends that were we able to make it through the year with some semblance of normalcy, and also allowed to remain in our family home after the sudden death of my husband, Darick, in March of 2018. Unfortunately, just as it seemed things were finally getting back on track, I recently received some devastating medical news. After going to the doctor for what I thought would be a routine checkup and minor procedure, I have now been diagnosed with malignant nodular melanoma, a rare and extremely aggressive form of cancer. Fortunately, I have a team of healthcare professionals  who are just as aggressive in finding the best care and treatment available to me, but this means leaving my home to travel out of state while leaving my children in the care of loved ones so as not to interrupt their school year. It means taking significant time off of work, which I can ill afford right now if I am to continue to pay bills back home, while also paying for travel, lodging, food, and of course whatever astronomical medical bills are sure to be headed my way. If there were any way around this, I would find it. For those of you who know me, you know exactly how difficult it is for me to ask for any kind of help, financial or otherwise. However, I simply do not see any other choice right now. Any funds raised here will go directly to household and medical expenses. It is imperative that I receive these treatments as quickly as possible in order to insure the best possible outcome. I thank each and every one of you in advance for any asssistance you may be able to give...monetary or otherwise...no offer is too small and all are appreciated more than you can possibly know.
