Medical and Living expenses for shooting victim

On the morning of April 22, 2019 as Leigh Ann slept with her 3 year old son an intruder broke in and shot at her 9 times with 8 bullets striking her from the abdomen to her ankle. The ninth bullet was found lodged in the headboard just above where her head lay. Leigh Ann was Life Flighted to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, FL where she went into emergency surgery for removal of bullets and fragments and to repair bone damage in her right leg and hip. On Wednesday April 24, 2019 Leigh Ann will have a second major surgery to repair her shattered knee and ankle with pins. Leigh Ann has a long road of recovery both physically and emotionally, the family will not be returning to their home of several years due to the traumatic stress and uneasy feeling of security in the home. It is unknown at this time of any future surgeries beyond Wednesday's procedure. Leigh Ann as well as her husband will both be out of work and will be without the income to pay medical, household and other miscellaneous living expenses for an undetermined amount of time.
