Medical and Living Expenses for Rhonda Murphy & Son Stephen

On April 21, Rhonda Murphy’s son, Stephen, had a terrible accident requiring to be life flighted and emergency surgery at Vanderbilt Medical in Nashville with a traumatic brain injury. Rhonda has been staying by his side during visiting hours (without even a chair for her In Trauma ICU) and sleeping in the waiting room. They recently have been able to see some slow and steady progress but the road ahead could be long. Both Rhonda and her twenty-something year old son have not been to work since the accident. Let’s show our love and support while they navigate this new path set before them. If you know Rhonda, you know her character and she would do anything for anyone. I witnessed it first hand when she taught my son in first grade coming to visit him at his grandfather’s unexpected funeral bringing him his own class pet (stuffed lion). She carried that same dedication, even watching his college graduation online from the hospital ICU, still cheering him on. Now, we can all help give back to someone who has given others so much.
