Hi everyone. As some of you may already know, my mom RaChelle was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer on April 14th of this year. After having covid at the beginning of the year, her lymph nodes near her armpit and left breast swelled severely. After weeks and multiple er/doctor visits of doctors saying it was just an aftermath effect from covid, one doctor finally ordered more tests including a mammogram and multiple scans and biopsies. The official diagnosis is Stage Three Invasive Ductal Carsinoma, present in her left breast and more severely in her nearby lymph nodes. She has begun her chemo treatments, that will continue for the next few months, and after seeing the progress from that, surgery will be visited followed by radiation. My mom worked full time to pay bills for her household, so the loss of income has become a huge burden, on top of the medical bills flooding in. She is out of work for at least the next several months, as her chemo treatments are very aggressive. Any and all help is so greatly appreciated. Those that know my mom know that she is the kindest, most caring human who has given everyone in her life the world, so let’s take this time to give it back to her.
