Medical and Funeral Expenses for Thomas Laffey

Tom Laffey passed away on June 9, 2021 from complications of a weak heart.  In the weeks leading up to his death his body tried to hang on as he waited on the heart transplant list as a Status 1 patient.

Tom was known as a husband, father, brother, and friend to many people.  He always made the soccer boys laugh as he graciously videoed their games at Buchholz High School and Keegan's GSA team.  While at Keegan's games you would hear of his pride of Zack on the skateboard and his work with videos ( a passion of Tom's as well).  His devotion and dedication to his family and friends was self evident.  Others may have known him as an avid Lady Gator Soccer Super Fan!

I have been asked how we can help the family.  Since Tom did not want to burden Jenni with the planning of a ceremony, I thought in lieu of flowers a donation could be made towards the expenses of his lengthy stay in the hospital.

I am sure I am missing details of Tom's life but I do know he will be greatly missed and thought this fund may be a way we could show support to the family and honor the memory of Tom.
