This GoFundMe is to help defray medical and funeral expenses for the Lewis family. Any surplus that may result will be donated to the various groups that helped John and the Lewis family in their time of need to include the Winchester Medical Center NICU, Victory Church, and the Taylor Sines Family Cemetery. Although flowers and other thoughtful items are greatly appreciated, contributions of a monetary nature will more directly support the Lewis Family during this time and foster a lasting honor of John Christopher’s life.
On August 1st, 2022, Kristen and Daniel Lewis welcomed the birth of their third child, a baby boy named John Christopher, in Stephens City, VA. Following his birth, Baby John arrived in the NICU due to complications during birth to allow him time to recover and heal. Although every step was taken to restore his health, on August 15th, 2022, at 14 days old, Baby John passed onto heaven to be with the Lord. He is dearly missed, and the space left by his loss can never be filled. The impact created by his brief period on this planet can not be measured and he will always be remembered.
