It is with the heaviest of hearts that I inform you all that my beloved dad, Kosal Nou, has passed away from complications with COVID-19. My father was the most loving, caring, and funniest person I had the honor of knowing and loving. To know my dad, was to love him and I know that the hole in our hearts can never be filled without him, but we will persevere in his honor.
