Medical and Funeral Expenses for Jodi Gallagher

Hi, my name is Robin Christensen and I am the sister in law of Jodi Christensen Gallagher. I am raising funds to help my brother in law Kovi Gallagher with medical, funeral, and family expenses.

I know I don't only speak for myself when I say this but if you had the privilege of knowing Jodi, then you were blessed for it. She touched lives everywhere she went. She has always been so patient, so kind, so loving, giving, and would literally do anything for those around her. She has taught me what it looks like to be innovative, creative, and share your gifts/blessings with others.

For those who don't know, last year, Jodi's kidneys failed. She has been on dialysis for months. She (and Kovi) have been working diligently to get her approved for the kidney transplant list. Any hoop the doctors have had her jump through, she did. As a requirement, right after Christmas in 2022, she had open heart surgery and recieved 5 bypasses. During surgery, she experienced multiple strokes. She has been in the hospital since. She passed away early this morning, January 25th in the arms of her husband, Kovi.

As one can imagine, the expenses that have accrued are great. Kovi has been by her side as much as he is able and has missed working the majority of the last month.

There are deductibles, missed wages, funeral expenses, and family expenses that need to be paid.
