Medical and Funeral costs for Grace Moderno-DeLeo

Our beautiful Grandma Grace suffered from a ruptured brain aneurysm on Saturday June 8th. After a few days of hoping she would come back to us, there was no hope of her waking up and decided it would be best to take her off life support and let her join her son Tommy in heaven.

We love you grandma, and know things will never be the same as you were the core of this family. We will miss you deeply.
