My name is Michelle Harry and I am creating this go fund me (along with my sisters, Jenn and Kim) to help support my parents through the most difficult, darkest days of their (our families) lives.

 

My parents are Paul and Karin Ventrice. They are small business owners of two auto repair shops. My dad is in the ICU on a ventilator as of Thursday, October 14th fighting for his life. He had covid, which caused really bad pneumonia. My mom also has Covid and pneumonia and stayed overnight at the hospital one night. She is now home, but on oxygen and needs 24/7 care.

 

In addition to them having Covid and having two businesses to run, their main mechanic also has Covid and is out of work. Covid has hit there businesses hard. We know this is temporary, but being in the midst of it, I wanted to do all I can to help offer them financial support for any medical and personal bills. The very last thing we want our parents to worry about are bills piling up and feeling that stress.

 

My mom and dad are my whole world!!! I am so thankful to have my mom at home. I have been with her since Thursday taking her to and from the hospital and helping with all she needs while on oxygen.

 

My little sister Kim has a newborn, so she can’t be around, but she has been doing all she can. Ordering groceries, bringing food or coffee, and sitting outside the hospital just praying for our dad.

 

Our older sister, Jenn, lives in Florida. She has been dealing with Insurence and researching and doing all she can remotely! She has been staying up to date on our dad calling to hospital every few hours and talking with nurses and doctors.

 

I have been visiting my dad every single day. Before he went on a ventilator, he was pulling his oxygen off saying, “I’ve gotta get out of here, I have businesses to run!” My dad is STRONG!! He is a FIGHTER!!! The one nurse, Marsha, even said, “It seems like he has a lot waiting for him. I can tell he’s a fighter, he’s got that fighting spirit.”

 

Any support you contribute to them will not go unnoticed. I cannot thank you enough from the bottom of my heart. In return, I pray that you experience Gods goodness, love, and peace.

 

Most importantly, please pray for my mom and dad. They mean everything to us three girls. The peace God has given my family through this time is indescribable!!! It’s that peace that surpasses ALL understanding!!!

 

Every single day I read and pray Psalm 91 over him. God has been so good to us through it all and I know He won’t ever leave our side.
