On June 16th, Penny suffered a rare dissection of her subclavian artery which led to a stroke.  She has been in the intensive care unit, where she will remain for an unknown amount of time. She will also likely need rehab before she is able to return to work. This could take many months. She will need to transfer to Cobra healthcare, which is very expensive, along with the tremendous amount of money she will accrue in Healthcare bills.  On top
of all this, she will be out of work for an indefinite amount of time. We would love for Penny to be able to come home and focus on getting stronger and healthier and not have the stress and worries of medical bills and other expenses.
