Hello, my name is Said Lintner, and I am going through one of the most challenging moments of my life. I created this fundraiser to ask for help and to share what has been happening to me.

Recently, while undergoing dental treatment in Brazil, I developed a severe infection that entered my bloodstream and affected my heart.

Everything happened very quickly and unexpectedly.

Once I returned to the United States, I had to undergo an emergency surgery to control the infection and protect my heart. By the grace of God, the medical team, and the prayers of many, I made it through the most critical stage.

But my journey is far from over.

I am still fighting the infection with strong medications, constant monitoring, and specialized care. Doctors estimate that the full recovery process will take at least a year and a half, with ongoing follow-ups from cardiology and dental specialists.

During this time, I cannot interrupt treatment or travel, and I must continue working to support myself. However, the medical bills, medications, exams, consultations, and specialized dental procedures have become overwhelming and far beyond what I can afford.

That is why I am humbly asking for your help.

Any contribution—no matter the size—will make a tremendous difference in my recovery.

Olá, meu nome é Said Lintner, e estou passando por um dos momentos mais difíceis da minha vida. Decidi criar esta campanha para pedir ajuda e, principalmente, para explicar o que tem acontecido comigo.

Recentemente, enquanto realizava um tratamento dentário no Brasil, desenvolvi uma infecção grave, que acabou entrando na corrente sanguínea e atingindo o meu coração.

Tudo aconteceu de forma muito rápida e inesperada.

De volta aos Estados Unidos, precisei passar por uma cirurgia de emergência para controlar a infecção e proteger meu coração. Graças a Deus, à equipe médica e às orações de muitos, consegui superar o momento mais crítico.

Mas minha jornada ainda não terminou.

Estou em tratamento para eliminar completamente a infecção, que exige medicações fortes, exames constantes e acompanhamento especializado. Os médicos estimam que o processo leve pelo menos 1 ano e meio, sempre com cuidados rigorosos e acompanhamento de cardiologista e dentistas especializados.

Nesse período, não posso interromper o tratamento nem viajar, e preciso continuar trabalhando para me manter. Porém, os custos médicos, consultas, exames, medicamentos e tratamentos odontológicos são muito altos e estão além do que posso pagar sozinha.

Por isso, humildemente, peço a sua ajuda.
