Medical and care costs for Billy & Tom

Hi everyone, we're trying to raise funds to cover the costs of care for Billy and Tom while they're being fostered and awaiting rehoming. Their present owner has been unable to surrender them to a rescue due to lack of resources at these organisations, and believes euthanasia is the only option left available for these two poor boys.

We instead have organised temporary carers for them, and hope to rehome them ourselves once their upfront medical needs are managed to take the financial burden off whoever may find themselves as their forever family.

Billy (one-eyed Billy) has ongoing needs as he has Hyperthyroidism and requires ongoing medication at a cost of about $80 per month.

Tom needs some extensive dental extractions, which have been quoted at about $2k to complete.

These beautiful boys are just 12 years old, and are bright, lively, and affectionate young men who have so much more love and companionship left to give. We really hope to give them the best chance we can and are taking matters into our own hands after exhausting all other options.
