Just want to start by saying a million thank you's for all the positive thoughts and prayers, your support and kindness is felt and received very deeply.

My c5/c6 lamina vertebra was fractured causing pain down my bicep and forearm as well as back and neck. There is numbness and stinging in the hands and any physical movement with the right arm is labored and weak. On top of it all the pain comes and goes, but is almost always present at night making it difficult to sleep, on top of night wakings with the baby.

The car was a total loss, and of course there are medical bills to pay such as the MRI scans and tests as well as physical therapy and future Dr. visits.

That said everyday is better, little by little, and above all I am grateful to be alive and relatively lucky to be able to hopefully recover back to 85-90%.

Any help is appreciated, and all your support thus far is hugely appreciated and welcomed.
