Medical & Travel Bills For David Evenson

David has been dealing with some major medical issues recently. He now has to travel to Seattle undergo major reconstructive knee surgery from a fall this past winter. The insurance he has does not cover all of the costs of his medical care and will not cover travel expenses to get him and his wife Sydney to Seattle the three or four times he needs to go down for the surgery and for follow up appointments that are required. David may be hospitalized for an extended period of time after the surgery and will be unable to work for several months.
