Hello, my brother-in-law, Eman, is a 20-year-old in the Philippines, who was in a horrible accident on April 30th, where he was struck by a car while he was crossing the road. He has many injuries, but we are very grateful to say that he is conscious. However, the expenses of surgery are steep and the driver who was at fault is refusing to pay the medical bills, so we have been left with the medical expenses.
