Medical Aid for Dexter Garcia

This fundraiser is to help with the medical bills of my brother, Dexter, in the Philippines. In the last few months, his health has taken a turn for the worse, and he is now diagnosed with life-threatening complications: congestive heart failure and pulmonary embolism. Despite all this, our family would like to remove his worry of paying for medical bills and help ease the burdens of what he's already going through.
