MEDIC DOWN! This is Ron, he’s a Critical Care Paramedic in Las Vegas. He was there during route 91, and now he needs our help. Ron was in a horrific accident that totaled his car, and snapped his femur, among multiple ofher injuries.  Hes due for multiple surgeries, and is the soul bread winner for his family.
