Medevac from Guam to Philippines for my brother

My brother, Roland, got rushed to the hospital in the early morning after Christmas. The doctors said he is suffering from a brain aneurysm due to high blood pressure.  He is currently sedated and in ICU so that he can't feel the tormenting pain. My family and I are trying to raise money to MEDEVAC him from Guam to Philippines where a specialist could operate on him. 

Roland Adam Millanes. I call him Kuya. My sister calls him Kojak. Everybody else, Adam. He's only 33. A very talented tattoo artist with his own shop in Yigo. A loving and affectionate husband. An amazing son. An awesome uncle. And the best older brother anybody could have.
