Med Flight to bring Luke to Spaulding Rehab

Several weeks ago Luke was involved in terrible incident and received a traumatic brain injury while in Florida. He has been in the ICU on a ventilator and we have been with him here (George and I). Luke is now in stable condition, still on a ventilator but is ready to be transferred to a rehab facility.
The choices for treatment are a transfer to a local nursing home or to med flight Luke to Spaulding Rehab Center in Cambridge Massachusetts for admission directly to rehab. My request is pretty simple, for the best success we want him to go to the best rehab, not spend months in a nursing facility. We also want to also bring him close to his family where we can be there every step of the way. We want the best chance for the best recovery for Luke
Many of my village has asked how they can help us, this fundraiser is a way we can help Luke, Every bit helps and if we all band together, we can make this a reality!
Currently the cost of this transport that it not covered by insurance is in the 20 to 30 thousand dollars range. This is a monumental task but we feel essential to his recovery and success for him to go to Spaulding and to bring him close to home near his family for their support.
There is also the issue of dealing with his housing and his personal belongings in Florida getting those things (car, etc) back to Boston.
As for the urgency of this request, We are hopeful that we will be able to do this in the next week (Week of 4/19/2021) so any help would be greatly appreciated.
