We are Ken and Julie Oakes and we are devastated by the news that our beloved friends George and Carol Blevins’ lives are being disrupted by cancer. As most of us know, on-going cancer treatments are very expensive. That is true in their case too, the initial co-pay alone is $30,000.00.  Now, not only is this family trying to emotionally support Carol through her treatment and recovery, but they must worry about how they can financially provide for her therapies. Any support you can give to our friends is welcome, but at this time, financial support is the focus. Please join us in donating to them to hopefully ease the stress of this illness and provide a calmer environment for Carol to recover in.
