Meaningful Teens

MeaningfulTeens (meaningfulteens.org) is a nonprofit volunteer organization founded by Carolyn Considine, Isabella Capelli, and Aria Capelli. We created Meaningful Teens to help teens find volunteering opportunities where they can make a real difference. We have garnered over 250 volunteers and helped over 170 students through our projects. Two of our ongoing projects, Project Crossover and Project Citizenship, connect volunteers from around the US with young and adult immigrants through Zoom to learn English, learn to read, and teach citizenship curriculum. We plan to use the collected funds to purchase $30 used chromebooks for the students. Funding will also provide a small stipend for the volunteer credentialed teacher supervisors.
