I volunteer with Meals on Wheels and More, Inc. because I have seen firsthand how a warm meal can change someone’s day. Serving my neighbors has taught me that food does more than fill a plate. It brings comfort, connection, and a sense of worth to people who may be isolated or struggling to live independently.

Every delivery is an opportunity to show respect and care. Meals on Wheels and More delivers more than nutrition; they deliver compassion and help preserve dignity. Their work supports older adults and others in our community so they can stay safe and independent in their homes. As a volunteer, I have met recipients whose lives are changed by the regular visits and the stability those meals provide.
