Our Vision at Shred415 Alpharetta is to Impact the Lives for Families and Individuals through Fitness. We do this by making Progress Together... One Class, One Step, One Breath at a Time within this Community.
As parents we believe in fostering a health and wellness lifestyle for the entire family which is why we offer childcare through our ShredKids program and hold ShredKids Workouts, which the Kids Love....
We are launching Virtual LIVESTREAM ShredKids Workout classes during this uncertain time in our community. We believe keeping kids active and helping them get stronger is critically important. This is increasingly important as social distancing has kept friends from hanging out and interacting. The recent changes in how we all interact are especially hard for the youth in this community.
To help with some of the local needs created by this Pandemic we will be asking for Donations for any ShredKids taking our classes. 100% of the Donations will go directly to Meals by Grace, a local faith-based organization that helps families who are in need.
We hope you join us and thank you in advance for keeping kids active, while also helping families that are in need.
