Meagan Blazewicz: Liver Transplant Support Fund

As many of you have already heard, my sister Meagan Blazewicz has recently been diagnosed with chronic liver failure and Hepatorenal syndrome (HRS), resulting in the need for a full liver transplant and potentially a kidney transplant. Following the transplant process, there is a long and difficult road to recovery that requires Meagan to remain in close proximity to her transplant Dr. office for continuous monitoring to ensure rejection does not occur. Many have asked how they can help during this challenging time, and this is one of many solutions that will greatly support her on her medical journey. As you can imagine, Meagan hasn't been able to work since August 2021 and we are learning quickly that getting a transplant alone is an expensive process despite having insurance coverage (including housing, food, and care product needs to remain close to St. Lukes to be expected following the procedure).
