Hi my name is Max. I'm 20 years old and this is for my son Meadow Elliott. He's 10 months old right now and was born with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. They told us the day he was born that he would need a heart transplant. We moved out of the state we lived in to get to a state that had a pediatric transplant team and he is set to meet with them this week. Our insurance doesn't cover his transplant appointments and as of now need $1,620 to even do his appointment this week. He will then be followed with weekly-biweekly appointments costing that amount until he is to go into surgery for his transplant.
