Meadow Brook Stables Roof Collapse
Donation protected
Sometimes life and Mother Nature throw you a curve ball! Last week, the heavy wet snow followed by high wind and sub-zero temps was too much for supporting cross bracing in the arena roof trusses. There are 6 failed trusses making the roof highly unstable; and with the current ice/snow load, it is compromising the safety of the entire building. We have moved all the horses to a safer location.
While insurance is working on the arena repair, there are several uninsured costs involved with moving the horses and renting a different location. The Meadow Brook business is in need of funds to cover these relocation costs to ensure the safety of the horses, provide training and care of the horses and day to day operating costs of being off site. Any funds you can give to this Saddlebred business is much appreciated!
"If I've learned anything over the last few years, it is that the challenges may look daunting, but we are not alone when we face them, and we will come out stronger on the other side."
