On the 6th of December this year our beautiful Meabh will spend her 30th Birthday in heaven and her 4th birthday away from home.

In her memory I'm gonna run The Border Half Marathon on the 7th of December to raise money for Mayo Roscommon hospice where Meabh spent her last few weeks.
