Please help Cristina fight against cancer

I am writing here on behalf of my very good friend and family member Cristina Apostol.

She lives in Romania and is 53 years old. She was diagnosed with ovarian cancer almost 2 years ago and has been undergoing various treatments since then. She has been hospitalized dozens of times and somehow managed to continue working out of her home by giving out private tutoring lessons ( as a Romanian language professor ) and taking care of her two sons who just started college.

The cancer has metastasized in the last few months and she is clinging on to life as best she can, by trying any and all treatment options that are left for her. Unfortunately there are continuous hurdles and medical complications which slow down treatment and also end up putting her back in the hospital.

She is at this point in much need of financial help, of any type, to be able to go on.

I am asking you kindly to help an incredibly strong woman who has been through unimaginable physical pain and discomfort in the last two years.

No amount is too small. Absolutely anything helps with the very long lists of medications, hospitalizations and necessary required testing ( such as blood work, PET scans, CT scans)
