My foodie account’s vision is to uplift the culinary scene of New Orleans & BIPOC food history of our favorite foods. I’m hoping to bring the food history of New Orleans to the youngest members of our community via a children’s book! As a mom, and multiracial Latina, it’s important to me that our youth know the true history of BIPOC contributions to the culinary world.
