Me vs Brockmann - 160km (400 x 400’s)

In January next year, I will be attempting to beat the time set by Nedd Brockmann to run 160km (14h 22m 26s). This equates to 400 laps around a 400m athletics track in an average pace of approximately 5:15/km.

Nedd Brockmann is an extremely influential public figure and has often demonstrated the ability to dig deep and get every single bit out of the human body.

I hope to do the same. All funds raised are to help combat cancer, and will be donated to a chosen charity of Craig Paull; a local Wollongong man who is currently fighting his own battle with bowel cancer and yet continues to give back to the local football community.
