Help Randy who is in Hospice Care and Needs Help
Donation protected
Dear cherished friends, family, and neighbors,
In the face of my impending reality, I am compelled to reach out to you for help. My journey has shifted dramatically, transitioning from training salespeople and a highly productive life to a daunting prognosis of less than 2 to 3 months left. It is a humbling experience to ask for assistance, but I turn to my Christian Brothers and Sisters, hoping you can offer support in my time of need.
I am Randy. On November 14, 2023, I found myself at MCH Hospital in Odessa, Texas, battling internal chaos—bleeding, brutal bacterial infections, and gaping wounds on my right leg. Ulcers, kidney tumors and stones, and stomach varices further complicate my survival. Since that day, every step has been an uphill climb.
The aftermath has left me financially devastated. Months of grappling with infections and leg complications have left me without income since April. I now face the urgent need for February's rent of $1000.00, with eviction looming, risking Hospice care, and further shortening my already fragile life. Additional expenses include a $260.00 electric bill, a $60.00 internet bill, and the essential need for food and cases of water from HEB.
Though I am too weak for a liver transplant, Home Hospice has become a part of my life, focusing on the medical aspects while leaving financial challenges unaddressed.
I have taken every possible step—applying for SSDI, seeking legal assistance, and joining a Home Hospice. However, the financial burden remains overwhelming, with the looming threat of homelessness.
So, I implore you for help. I face an uncertain future with homelessness as a real possibility. Alone and with no support, every lifeline feels like it's on a permanent vacation.
I'm not asking for the moon, just the basics—a roof and medical care. Can you spare $5.00 or $10.00? Your donation could be a lifeline and a game-changer.
As I pen this letter, desperate to rewrite the narrative, my name is Randy. I dare to dream—a journey painting my final chapter with vibrant landscapes.
Your support means the world to me. In a time where urgency is the drumbeat, your generosity could be the gift of time—time to laugh, explore, and create cherished memories.
Thank you for considering my plea. With hope lighting our path, we're on the verge of turning this dream into a reality—a final journey filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments.
Thank you for being a pillar of support.
Gratefully,
Randy
