Eyup everyone,

26th April I’ll be running 26.2 miles doing the Blackpool marathon in memory of my grandad a former royal marine and most importantly a true family man who was a great husband to my grandma , the strongest person I know.

If you was lucky enough to meet him you know he’d be buzzing I was doing this , sadly he was taken from us due to his long battle with dementia. If you personally have witnessed someone suffer from dementia you know how brutal and painful this disease is not only for the victim but the family surrounding who have to slowly watch it break them piece by piece.

Therefore , I will be looking to raise some money for Alzheimer’s research UK , I know times are tough at the minute and if your not in a position to donate please don’t but if you are however big or small the amount it is it will be much appreciated.
