I am raising money for All Hands and Hearts. A charity which builds schools for children around the world and provides disaster relief. They work in many different countries such as Nepal and the Philipines.

I had the opportunity to work with children in Vietnam. I taught in a small English teaching Centre in Hanoi for a few hours every week. It was inspiring to help the children learn.

I also visited small Tai villages in the north of Vietnam where I got to meet many children and see the village school. It was almost completely isolated in that part of the country, only connected to the wider road network by one single track road.

I am thinking of volunteering for this charity over winter to help build schools around the world.

I think its important to help children in Remote parts of the world get an education, so they can have the same opportunities that I am so lucky to have.
