Hello,

My name is Martial Blaise, 51 years old, husband and father of a 5 year old boy and 3 year old girl ( yes, I started late).

On May 20th 2023, I was admitted to the hospital and diagnosed with an extremely rare and aggressive type of blood cancer( Lymphoblastic TCell Leukemia).

I was transferred to the Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa Florida, as Moffitt is well equipped to treat this type of rare cancer. I spent several days in the ICU. Now I am getting chemo treatment. I have been hospitalized for a whole month now in patient care. The bills are piling up!
