Hi everyone,

I’m Krizia. I’m starting this campaign for my inseparable best friend, Hazel. Many of you who know me probably know Hazel too—we grew up together, went to the same university, and have been through every stage of life side-by-side.

Even as we’ve grown up, built our own careers, and started our own families, our bond has only grown stronger. Hazel is the kind of person who quietly shows up for everyone else. She is a dedicated daughter, a loving mother, a devoted wife, and a true friend who never hesitates to support others.

Sometime last year, our world was shaken when Hazel was diagnosed with cancer. It has been a devastating journey. As she prepares to fight this disease, we have faced a heartbreaking reality: most of her treatments and essential care are not covered by insurance.

It feels vulnerable to ask for financial help, but I am doing this for the sake of my best friend. I want to return the favor and help her in every possible way I can. I want to lift some of the financial burden off her and her family so she can focus entirely on fighting this disease and getting well..

All funds raised will go directly to Hazel’s medical treatment, medication, and related recovery costs that insurance won’t cover.
