Help me get to the 2023 Scooter World Championship

Bonjour, je m'appelle Léa Mai, je suis une scooter rider de 14 ans de Gatineau qui a mérité sa place au Championnat du monde de scooter 2023 qui se tiendra à Sydney, en Australie, du 19 au 22 octobre. Suite d'une récente victoire dans la division féminine à Escondido, en Californie, je suis super excitée d'avoir l'opportunité de représenter le Canada à cet événement. Appelez cela une obsession ou une passion, ma détermination à devenir la meilleure au monde ne fait que grandir chaque jour où je m'entraîne !

J'aurai besoin de soutien pour m'aider à y arriver, et c'est pourquoi je tends la main à mes amis, à ma famille et à tous mes abonnés sur les réseaux sociaux pour fournir tout type d'aide possible. Ceux qui me connaissent et me suivent comprennent à quel point c'est important pour moi et à quel point j'ai envie de réussir ! Non seulement je veux me mesurer aux meilleures filles du monde, mais je veux aussi être un modèle pour d'autres jeunes filles qui veulent rejoindre ce sport génial. Se rendre aux Mondiaux serait une opportunité incroyable de le faire !

Les fonds seraient utilisés pour les frais de voyage et d'hébergement, se rendre à Sydney, en Australie, de chez moi n'est pas un p'tit voyage ! J'ai beaucoup de chance d'avoir un super groupe de soutien autour de moi, mais ce sont les Championnats du monde et j'aimerais que d'autres fassent partie de cette belle expérience.

Hi, my name is Léa Mai, I'm a 14-year-old scooter rider from Gatineau, Québec who earned her spot in the 2023 World Scooter Championship held in Sydney, Australia on October 19-22nd. Coming from a recent victory in the women's division in Escondido, California, I am super excited to have the opportunity to represent Canada at this event. Call it an obsession, or a passion, my determination to become the best in the world only grows with every day I train!

I will need support to help me get there, and that's why I'm reaching out to my friends, family and all my social media followers to provide any kind of help they can. Those who know me and follow me understand how important this is for me and how much I want to do this! Not only do I want to measure myself with the best girls in the world, I also want to be a role model for other young girls who wants to join this awesome sport. Getting to the Worlds would be an amazing opportunity to do that!

The funds would be used for travel and accommodation costs, getting to Sydney, Australia from my home is not a small trip! I'm very fortunate to have a great supporting group around me, but these are the World Championships and I would like others to be part of this great experience.
