Can you help me get to Camps Kenya in 2026

Hi my name is George and I have been given an amazing opportunity to go to Kenya in 2026 with my high school. I have signed up to go but to get there I need to fundraise the cost of this.

I will be travelling with Camps international and will be staying in Kenya for 4 weeks where I will be helping the local community.

Camps international is a global social enterprise who connect you with the real world and real people. Which results in Incredible expeditions that create a lasting positive impact for travellers and for the planet.

Whilst there these are some of things I will be able to help with-

- help to build or renovate school buildings so that local children have a clean and safe academic environment.

- animal worming clinics

- beach clean ups to help with plastic pollution

- improving natural waterholes and planting indigenous trees for habitat and food sources.

- work on reforestation projects within the sacred Kaya forest, an important habitat home to many species of monkeys.

-low level construction, painting, plastering and brick laying to construct important community facilities – all of which aim to improve the quality of life of the local people.

And so much more.

This is my chance to do something truly amazing. Not only will it give me the opportunity to help the communities i will visit , my expedition will expose me to new places and situations. It will broaden my perspective and develop my understanding of the world around me.

Through taking on new challenges, I'm hoping it will help me grow in confidence and develop life skills that are valuable building blocks for my future.

I need to raise £4500 to fund this, this includes the cost of the trip, visa, immunisations, insurance excess and spends.
