I have visited this design convention every year for three years, not as a exhibitor, but as a staff member on a school trip. Inspiring young designers by showing them round this amazing exhibition and the brilliant work that students have worked so hard on to be there.

But in July 2026, I am determind to be there as a student, exhibiting my own work, to inspire those young designers myself...

New Designers is UK's biggest graduate design show, based in London. It gives students the opportunity to get their hard work out, get noticed and meet potential employers. There are hundreds of awards to be won and more than 15,000 visitors each year. My university has not been to the show for many years, dating back to pre-COVID. But I want to change this, and get us to this incredible show for 2026.

My classmates and I are funding the whole thing ourselves, and we are lucky to have raised nearly £4000 already, however we have a fair way to go still... To put this in context:

The stand alone, at New Designers costs £5000

We then need to pay for a van to get all of our projects down to London, and then the cost of building the stand ourselves.

The minimum amount needed to be raised for this to go ahead is £6500, and this is where you come in...

Any donation towards getting my projects to New Designers in July of 2026 would be so appreciated. Whether it is £1 or £10, every penny gets me one step further to fufilling my dream to be an exhibitor at this show ive visited so many times.
