Help Me get my freedom!-Top Surgery

My name is Archer Gray, and I am fundraising for top surgery!

I am a transman (female to male)

There are many of us out there exploring, transitioning, and becoming the humans we see ourselves as.

This has been something I've been figuring out my whole life. I wanted to be shirtless and go to the beach in just trunks my whole life. I have hated my chest since they came in. I have hated the feeling and seeing them in the mirror. I cannot wait to look in the mirror and see myself, the way I was always meant to be.

Most of you who know me or follow me through one of my social media channels i.e TikTok/ Instagram know that I try to live my truth out loud and spread positivity and self-love daily.

The hope with my videos is to inspire those who aren’t as fortunate as I am to live openly, document, and embrace my transition from female to male over the past year.

I cannot describe the happiness I have attained in just that year alone while being more at peace with myself than I ever before. Truly I am becoming the Man I was meant to be.

There are significant but gradual milestones of changes during a transition from facial hair and voice depth to body structure.

These changes give a trans person a sense of Gender Euphoria!

The incredible feeling to finally transitioning to the man/individual I’ve felt as on the inside, finally being seen for the first time on the outside.

However, there are brutal moments of Gender Dysphoria when your body does not match your gender.

I still have yet to have Top Surgery…

And just speaking from the heart, this has been a huge personal struggle for me for a while now.

On a brighter note :)

In the last two years, I have grown an organic following of 20,000+ highly engaged IG and Tiktok followers.

Which has blossomed into a fantastic community that supports my life and personal goals all through just connecting via social media.

What an amazing time to be alive! Almost surreal, and I’m amazingly grateful for each and every one of them.

Support is an essential part of a trans person's journey.

Even a single family member, friend or social media follower can be of the utmost importance to a trans person.

My Main goal has been to use these platforms to educate anyone willing to be open-minded with a desire to learn about these milestones and how, within a year, my body and mind have done a 180.

I always try to approach my content with humor and mediocre talent lol.

In all seriousness though…

My story is not that unfamiliar to many people in the LGBTQ community.

Like so many that have come before me and with the right work diminishing ones will have to face hate, pushback, loneliness, and depression.

With this being said…

Come February, I will have the opportunity to have my Top Surgery.

Surface level most people may not see nor understand the tremendous financial burden transitioning can impose on a trans person.

Through much personal effort, I have tried selling merchandise, auctioning meet-ups, and undoubtedly saved saved saved to no avail.

Unfortunately, it still isn’t enough to cover the out-of-pocket medical expenses and loss of income for the time needed to recover properly.

At this time I have saved/with current donations $4966. With the total cost being $14,000

This leaves me still needing $9,034.00, which does not include the loss of income during recovery. (Though I have already included that in my budget which is why I am asking for help with this part)

Even though I have a highly rewarding job in Hospice, unfortunately, being a newer company my PTO will not cover the entire 6 weeks off for this procedure.

Though I completely understand and graciously appreciate them giving me the time off requested.

Before transitioning, I endured a challenging divorce, and I have significant student loans but am grateful to work toward paying them back.

I have been building my life back together day by day.

And with this at this point, I’m not ashamed to say…

I need your help.
