Hi, my name is Kasey and I’m trying to raise money so I can get out of my parents house and into my own apartment. The environment I live in is very toxic and it’s taking a large toll on my mental health. I’ve been kicked out twice, and despite the fact they let me come back I’m still at risk of being kicked out at anytime. I’ve been waiting for youth housing for a few months now but the system hasn’t helped me due to a housing crisis. If I reach my goal I can put down a deposit on a studio apartment for myself.
