I am Riley and I was born at 26 weeks and am challenged with Cerebral Palsy. The State of NY for the past 3 years had said they would help. Every time we go to purchase the van someone has approved something or I need to get denied from another insurance company. I have fallen multiple times getting in and out of my parent “normal” van. The injury took me to a wound specialist. My cut on my ankle is still a year old. Anything you can do to help my mom get me to doctors and school would be appreciated.
