Hi, my name is Jackie, and I have debated doing this for over a year now. As many of my friends and family and local community know, I am a type 1 diabetic. Over the last 3 years I have gone through medical insurance changes which caused a huge influx in costs.

I have slowly been working my way through all the medical expenses, from the past 3 years, and I am at the final stages. It has become increasingly harder to stay on top of monthly minimum payments through CC debt that has accumulated over the last couple years.

If You know me, I am a human Biomechanic specialist, I love serving and helping my community grow and evolve and become pain free. I am a hard worker and absolutely love my job. It has provided me an opportunity to work for myself and work in a position I love. I have been able to put food on my table for myself and family, but it has now become paycheck to paycheck and I am needing help.

This all makes me extremely uncomfortable, as I am a go getter and try my best to do thing on my own. I know that asking for financial assistance is something not everyone will agree with nor will everyone want to help.
